The Grounding Optimum Single Sleeping Pad, 68 x 185 cm (26.77 in x 72.83 in), including 5 m cable and adapter, uses conductive carbon leather instead of silver wire, so it does not oxidize over time and therefore perfectly grounds your body for a long time, that is, it directs the tension of your body (easy to measure) to zero voltage.

The sleeping pads are flexible with holes, breathable and comfortable; you can put them under your regular sheets. They are perfect for single beds (or two beds in a double bed).
